About Bridge to Better, Inc.

Our Mission

Bridge to Better, Inc. exists to create pathways to stability, healing, and opportunity by connecting people with the housing, support, and community resources they need to thrive.

Our Story

Founded in 2025, Bridge to Better, Inc. is a community‑based nonprofit dedicated to stabilizing vulnerable households through supportive services, housing navigation, and coordinated care. We serve individuals and families across Fulton County who are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or crisis.

Our Approach

We use a client‑centered, trauma‑informed model focused on:

  • Stabilization

  • Resource connection

  • Long‑term independence

Our services are designed to meet people where they are and help them build a sustainable path forward.

Our Growth Plan

Bridge to Better is expanding its service capacity to meet community needs. Supportive services are available now, financial assistance will launch upon grant award, and two supportive housing units will open January 1, 2027 to serve 20–25 families.
