Bridge to Better provides supportive services to pregnant and parenting women ages 18–24 who need housing navigation, case management, system navigation, and access to community resources.
Bridge to Better currently provides the following services:
Practical Support & Daily Stability
These services help clients overcome daily barriers to stability.
Transportation Assistance — appointments, interviews, childcare
Referral Coordination — connecting to community resources
Housing Stability Services
These services help young mothers ages 18–24 find and secure safe housing.
Housing Navigation — locating units, landlord engagement
Case Management — stabilization planning, crisis support
Referral Access — extended access to partner agencies
Community Connections
These services strengthen support networks for young mothers.

System Navigation & Benefits
These services help clients access essential public benefits and navigate complex systems.

Bridge to Better will expand services to include:

Rental arrears
These services will begin once grant funding is awarded and staffing is expanded.

Our two supportive housing units will provide:
Transitional housing
Short‑term stabilization
Case management
Resource coordination
